On Saturday May 24th the cool place to hang out is "Cool Beans" caf on the square in Medina Ohio! The new owner Gayle Moss and her staff will be hosting an open house from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM to show case the new and improved "Cool Beans" caf. A new richer coffee from Red Cedar Coffee Company, a locally owned roaster, a broader sandwich menu, ice cream, delicious pastry from "The Country Baker" and the passionate acoustic rock of "Brad Cramer" Live will be featured. Free samples will be given out during this event.

Moss took over the helm of the Medina coffee house from Tanya Dorman and Ellyn Chaney on May 1st of this year. "My vision is to capture the relaxing and eclectic atmosphere of a unique coffee house, to make it the Coventry of Medina square." says Moss. Music, Books, Teas and a unique menu offering are just some of the ways she intends to accomplish that. "We also want to be an active part of the Medina Square community, it's really a great experience being here, the local businesses and city have been very helpful and accommodating" added Moss.

Moss is a ten year resident of Strongsville Ohio, she has three daughters and loves Golden Retrievers. She was formally in various service occupations most recently with Panera Bread.
