eFitness Expo Celebrates One Year Anniversary

Online fitness superstore www.EFitnessExpo.com has passed the one year mark of business, successfully marking their first anniversary and launching into their sophomore year. "I have always wanted to be self-employed, and I enjoy shopping on the Web," says store owner and operator Susan Gaines. "I combined the two and decided to start my own web business. I'm proud of how far it has come."

Susan drew upon her own health background in opening the store, and has stayed true to her roots. "Because I've been a nurse for 15 years and a medical lab technician 10 years before that, health and fitness just came naturally to me," she explains. "I decided to start a business selling quality name-brand fitness equipment and healthy weight loss programs."

eFitness Expo has grown through careful additions of products and services from companies like Gaiam, Bowflex, and Total Gym. "I am affiliated with Bowflex and Nautilus to sell their name-brand, quality equipment," says Susan. "My most recent addition is the NutriSystem program that I offer through my site. I'm really excited about that."

Recently, Susan has opened an informational blog at www.EFitnessExpoBlog.com, allowing customers an inside look at her store. "I am using my blog as an information tool for health and fitness articles," she explains. "In the future, I plan to have a fitness forum as well as a personal login page and tools to track weight and fitness goals."
