May 27, 2005 -- M-Investment Corporation has previously released the purchase of Century Decca Records,aslo misleadingly posted the title Decca Records. We are in no way, and never have been, connected to the former Decca Records. Mr. Hearn did this in our opinion to mislead potential investors. We have recieved only $50.00 of the original $15,000 down payment that was paid by a worthless bond, we did not recieve the promised bonus payment on our mortgage $164,800, nor did we recieve the investments aquired or promised of $125,000,000. Mr. Hearn also paid a $50,000 bonus (by another bond) to a well respected Artist. Mr. Hearn has been arrested and is under indictment by the Texas SEC, as well as Tarrant County DA's office, Texas and being investigated by other agencies at the present time. He has also caused a family undue hardship, pain and suffering and possibly will lose their house as well as being de-fraude out of 50% of their company .
