DA Insider Launch Eagerly Anticipated by Directory Assistance Sector



DA Insider, a global B2B publication addressing the needs of the Directory Assistance and Information Services sector, has launched, with the first issue due out in late November.

The Directory Assistance sector has seen rapid change since liberalisation and is maturing rapidly whilst evolving exponentially -- with new and niche oriented services seemingly coming on line each week. Besides the traditional 118 or (in the US) 411 services, we are now seeing the advent of advertising-driven free services, as well as very sophisticated, technology based 'sconcierge's style services. Given this maturity, many in the industry have felt that a publication that can address their requirements and concerns is long overdue.

DA Insider has the stated aim of evolving toward a publication that gives the industry a first point of reference and is seen to provide thought leadership. Each quarter, DA Insider will provide news from Europe and the Americas, as well as International and Online news. Features will look at the big issues around markets and technology, as well as the processes and people who make Directory Assistance and Information Services happen.

The publication will be produced in the UK by 118tracker.com with editorial and production being managed by Jordan Communications.
