OnMessage, an integrated advertising agency based in Dallas, was recently named a winner in both the 2009 Hermes Creative Awards and 2009 Summit International Awards (SIA).
OnMessage received two Hermes Creative Awards for its work with AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group/ION: a platinum award in the Publications/Magazine category for successfully recreating
Oncologistics magazine with an overall new look and feel, from cover to layout, as well as a gold award in the Ads/Magazine category for the KnowledgeDriven Performance System (KDPS)
Monkey Print Campaign.
Administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), the Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals
involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs and emerging technologies. Corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR
firms, design shops, production companies, Web-based innovators and freelancers are all encouraged to submit entries. Submissions are evaluated for quality, creativity and
resourcefulness.
The KDPS Monkey Print Campaign was conceived to help ION, a division of AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group, announce its KnowledgeDriven Performance System which helps oncologists run more
efficient practices. Within the campaign, OnMessage used the creative visual of a monkey wreaking havoc in an office to personify the various frustrating business issues a practice might
encounter on any given day.
OnMessage was also honored with a bronze Summit Creative Award in the Online Advertising category at this year'ss Summit International Awards for the iBraces's8482; Orthodontic Braces
banner campaign the agency created for 3M Unitek.
The Summit Creative Award recognizes and celebrates the creative accomplishments of small- and medium-sized advertising agencies and other creative companies throughout the world with
annual billings of under $30 million. Submissions are evaluated based on the strength of the big idea, quality of execution and ability to communicate and persuade.
The iBraces's8482; Orthodontic Braces online campaign centered around the fact that since the braces are worn on the back side of one'ss teeth, they are perfect for people who want a
beautiful smile without the look of traditional braces. OnMessage tailored each message to the specific sites where the campaign was featured, from TeenVogue.com (The only braces made for
prom) to People.com (The only braces made for the paparazzi).
We are extremely proud to be recognized for our work in the competitive realm of advertising, said Jim O'sGara, president and founder of OnMessage. These awards are a testament to the
quality of our product and tailored messaging for our clients, and we are honored to be acknowledged alongside many other creative campaigns.
OnMessage adds these three awards to a growing list of awards the company has received from the advertising/marketing industry over the years. For more information about this year'ss
