December 10, 2004 -- Our medical diagnostic testing will provide the ultimate in patient care while providing you with the objective data you need to optimize your diagnosis.     This allows you to choose the patients course of treatment that best suits them. Patients will feel comfortable in the familiar surroundings of your office while taking advantage of the additional testing facilities you can provide. National Diagnostics provides the following testing:
-    Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV's)
Neurological testing, consisting of nerve conduction velocity (NCV) and evoked potential studies, measures the speed and intensity of electrical signals that travel through nerves, and calculates the time and velocity in which muscles respond to these impulses.
-    Spinal Skeletal Ultrasounds
Musculoskeletal ultrasounds, commonly referred to as a sonogram, uses high-frequency sound waves to map the density of tissues within the areas studied. This process is converted into an image that can show inflammation in nerve roots, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. An ultrasound is also excellent for showing any scarring, calcification, sprain, or strain.

We are required by law to send a statement to patients indicating what their deductible and co-pay is but we do NOT balance bill patients. We want patients and doctors to be happy and continue to test with us.

How can utilizing diagnostic testing add revenue to my practice

We have two options to choose from. Which is best for you

OPTION 1: Leasing of Office Space

-    We provide the technician & equipment to you for the day

-    We pay you $250 per testing hour plus $100/day/month for lease of a room to perform the testing. 4 hours of testing a week is over $50,000/yr.

-    We bill the insurance company and collect payment

-    We pre-verify patients insurance before sending out the technician

-    We guarantee payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of your statement itemizing the hours, and days leased

OPTION 2: Split Modifier

-    You would lease our technician and equipment for $150 per day paid to us within 60 days of testing.

-    Your office would bill for the Technical portion of the Testing. Reimbursements range from $500- $1,700/profile

-    National Diagnostic would bill for the professional portion
of the testing

-    We pre-verify patients insurance before sending out the technician

*Additionally, we can provide a collection service that has 15 years of experience collecting from insurance companies for a low 5% of the reimbursement received.

How will I get the results

After your test day is complete, our certified technicians will advance the information back to National Diagnostics for processing. Interpretations of the test are then read by a board certified neurologist and returned to you within 3 to 4 business days via fax. Hard copies of the test results and the interpretation will also be mailed to your office. We are looking forward to doing business with you.
