Visiangateway ECCINETWOLVES IBM LENOVO Announce Sponsorship at the National Association of Educational Buyers Annual Conference

May 14, 2005 -- Michael Emerson, CEO of visionGATEWAY Inc. (VGI), announced the joint sponsorship with ECCI-NetWolves and IBM & Lenovo of the Internet Caf at the National Association of Educational Buyers (NAEB) Annual Conference in Salt Lake City from May 9 through to May 12 as a continuation of its drive into the Education Market Sector. The setup enabled all attendees to access internet and e-mail facilities while connected through the ECCI Internet Tracker Internet Resource Management Solution. Laptop systems were provided by Lenovo using a range of IBM Thinkpads.

Doreen Murner, CEO of NAEB, said that the NAEB was organized in 1921 and is a professional association serving colleges and universities nationwide. Its mission is to advocate the development, exchange and practice of effective and ethical procurement principles and techniques within the higher education and associated communities, through continuing education and networking. The NAEB procurement community represents approximately 1,600 universities and colleges throughout the U.S. She further indicated that the relationship established between visionGATEWAY and NAEB would assist educational institutions with a solution to the escalating problems they face with student internet usage.

visionGATEWAY has an ongoing partnership with ECCI-NetWolves, a telecommunications rebiller with over 400 client/schools and universities throughout the U.S. This partnership provides a bundled solution of the INTERScepter product with student rebilling to the education community, branded as ECCI Internet Tracker. VGI leverages its Avnet/IBM/Lenovo relationships as part of the solution. VGI utilized its strategic partnership with Avnet Partner Solutions to link with the new Lenovo US PC Division for this sponsorship. VGI and ECCI-NetWolves frequently joint market and sell into the educational community through the Professional Associations of key decision makers - NAEB, NACUBO and ACUTA.

The ECCI INTERNET TRACKER solution can be established at little or no cost to the educational institution; and in fact, provides the opportunity not only to allocate costs, but also to earn new, discretionary revenue from students' internet usage. There are significant value-adding features of benefit to the institution including distributed management capability, cost allocation controls, risk reduction facilities, and extensive real-time reporting.
