Luxury Home Specialist Courses Gaining Momentum
The Luxury Home Council (www.luxuryhomecouncil.com) is proud to announce the recent completion of Accredited Luxury Home Specialist courses that earned real estate agents exclusive membership in the Council.
In addition to the April introductory ALHS Class held in Oregon, classes were taught last month in California, Washington and South Carolina. Instructors from ProPerformer (www.properformer.com) and The Fortune Academy of Columbia (www.carolinacareercenter.com) each delivered 2 day courses that included information on national and local housing trends, specialized luxury buyer and seller needs, development and delivery of unique services, representation, liability and risk management, negotiating, builder services and marketing.
Future classes are currently being scheduled across the country under the guidance of REALTY (www.realtyu.com) with over 200 Real Estate School Campuses in 42 states from New York to California and from Florida to Washington. With 400 real estate educators offering over 5,000 real estate training classes every year all REALTORS, brokers and agents will be able to find the right course and designation to improve their real estate career.
To be accepted into the Luxury Home Council and display the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) logo and, each candidate must successfully complete the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist Course, and represent a buyer or seller in at least two transactions where the purchase price was at least twice the average sales price in their local market. In addition each candidate must be in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS.
