ASG Security Acquires Accutech Systems Inc.

ASG Security (www.asgsecurity.com) announced today that it completed the acquisition of Accutech Systems, Inc., at the conclusion of 2006. Headquartered in Rockville, MD, Accutech is a sophisticated commercial electronic security systems integrator serving primarily large commercial and governmental facilities in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas. Privately owned since 1987, Accutech sells, installs and maintains CCTV, access control systems, fire and intrusion alarm systems. Accutech Systems has over 800 customer accounts and generates approximately $7M per year in gross revenues including over $200,000 in recurring monthly revenue.

Our plan to grow the organization and leverage our current facilities and infrastructure in the Washington-Baltimore market came together with this acquisition, commented ASG CEO Joe Nuccio. Accutech'ss founder, Tim Miller, will remain with ASG as Vice President of Government Sales for ASG'ss combined Washington-Baltimore operations.
