SecurteX Releases a New Line of Advanced Embedded DVR Systems

#8211; SecurteX International, Inc. announces the release of the NAVS's8482; (Network Advanced Video Surveillance) Embedded Digital Video Recorders product line. SecurteX 4, 8 and 16 camera NAVS Embedded DVRs feature embedded Linux operating system for maximum stability and durability, enhanced MPEG-4 compression, full motion display and advanced network capabilities.



Pentaplex operation provides for simultaneous Live Monitoring, Recording, Playback, Backup, and Remote Network viewing/setup/control/playback/alarms/etc. The advanced compression technology ensures the fastest transmission possible over allowable bandwidth.



The user-friendly control interface enables users to implement various DVR management procedures via VCR-like front panel keys, a remote IR controller, or a USB mouse. Pan/Tilt/Zoom control allows managing multiple PTZ cameras locally and from remote locations. Backup options include built-in CD-RW or DVD-RW, two USB ports and remote backup via network. Special features of SecurteX Embedded DVR also include VGA/TV/S-video outputs and up to 3 spot monitor outputs.



Securtex's8217;s Graphical User Interface (GUI) is designed for non-expert users. Easy-to-use tools speed the system configuration process. Flexible setup parameters allow system managers to record continuously or to customize recording based on individual camera schedules, motion, and sensor input. Each camera can be set individually for resolution, compression, frame rate, and recording events.



The included remote System Management Software provides for multiple system video monitoring, status, eMapping, configuration, and four unique remote back up functions that include: Direct backup, Event backup, Scheduled backup, and remote administration of evidence copy to CD or DVD. Remote Live viewer software supports up to 64 camera view from multiple DVR servers anywhere in the world.
