myStaffingPro has enhanced the job applicant experience (http://mystaffingpro.com/) with feed subscriptions to the candidate search results. The RSS feed enables applicants to keep track of the client's recruiting activity without manually visiting their company website.

The feed subscription is expected to increase applicants' interest because they can review a client's job openings at their leisure without supplying any contact information. If the applicant decides to cease their job search they can simply unsubscribe and be removed from the feed.
