May 1, 2005 -- A webcam and a computer connected to the Internet are all what is needed to practice job interview using the Coaching4JobSearch.com application. A library of the most common questions is offered as well as suggestions to provide great answers. People in career transition can video-record themselves as many times as they want until they are satisfied with the result. Watching their video-recording job seekers become aware of the "filler words" in their vocabulary, e.g, "um,"like," and "you know." They can observe their hand gestures, posture, eye contact and make their opinion: "How do I look" and: "Would I want to hire me"



As they gradually become better at articulating a crisp and meaningful answer to the different questions in one or two minutes their confidence improves and their opinion about them turns to: "I look great" and "Yes. I would hire me!".
