Root Learning Named No. 9 Among Best Small Companies to Work for in...



Root Learning Inc., a strategic learning company that engages and connects people to create results, today announced that the company has been named one of the 50 "Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America" for the fourth consecutive year by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW). Root was named No. 9 among the Best Small Companies to Work for in America on June 23, at SHRM's 60th Annual Conference & Exposition in Chicago, Ill.



The fifth annual list features the top 25 small and top 25 medium-sized companies with exceptional workplace practices and programs that promote high levels of credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie among their employees. The organizations, ranging in size from 50 to 999 employees, were selected by the GPTW and ranked based on the results of a randomly distributed employee survey measuring workforce engagement.
