Tarrytown, New York December 18, 2008 -- Times are tough for today'ss workforce and even more challenging for those who previously left the workforce and are ready to re-enter. Interfacet, a human capital management consulting firm, invites professionals, managers, and supervisors looking to re-enter the workforce to attend its Workplace Re-Entry Training Weekend, from January 23 to 25, 2009, at the Doubletree Hotel, Tarrytown. The three-day program will feature a full schedule of interactive workshops led by Interfacet career coaches and counselors.
Our program is transformational in that it helps participants move from career hiatus to setting new work-related goals to real employment, said Deb Volberg Pagnotta, CEO of Interfacet.
We take the fear factor out of re-entering the job market, especially during these difficult economic times.
The program is structured for individuals with at least five years of professional work experience. Interactive workshops will provide participants with valuable and personalized
take-aways, including hands-on computer skill training and updating; an introduction to new technology and its applications; stress management techniques; networking strategies; and
guidelines for writing effective resumes and cover letters. Several workshops feature one-on-one professional guidance to help individuals identify obstacles, set goals, and create an
action plan to achieve them. Each participant will also receive a career guide and personalized job search materials.
Upon conclusion of the program, participants will have continued 30-day access to highly skilled Interfacet coaches, who will continue to guide them in the job search process.
Participants will be able to maintain the necessary motivation and momentum to secure their desired job.
Interfacet'ss team of coaches is diverse and distinguished, and each team member brings a unique perspective in such areas as goal setting, positive thinking, and skills development.
