Tiburon Technologies Awarded Contract to Convert More than Fifty+ 50+ Legacy Applications to DB2



Tiburon will support the migration of the organization's legacy systems by using its state-of-the-art automation tool and a proven methodology that has been used on numerous conversions and one that has successfully converted millions of lines of code.

Tiburon will convert more than 50+ mission critical applications and interfaces to DB2/CICS. Due to a high degree of integration between most of the systems, the client has selected to migrate all systems simultaneously. When the project is complete, the client will have functionally equivalent applications seamlessly integrated that will enable them to move forward with new technical capabilities under the DB2 enterprise platform. Tiburon's proven methodology is designed to minimize the conversion risk while shortening the project time to complete the migration.
