CodePartners Selected to Join the Sage Accpac Development Partner Advisory...



CodePartners announced today that Sage North America has selected them to join the Sage Accpac Development Partner Advisory Council (DPAC) for a one-year term.



The purpose of the Sage Accpac DPAC is to give a voice to the entire Sage Accpac Development Partner community; to ensure that the needs of the Sage Accpac customer community are being met by its Development Partners; and to provide feedback to Sage.



Thirteen development firms were invited to participate in the Council. We focus on automating business processes to meet a Sage Accpac Business Partner'ss specific client'ss requirements, said Brian Terrell, CPA and founder of CodePartners. With this in mind, we offer another unique perspective on the Council that complements the input from other representatives, and we certainly value the opportunity to participate. Ultimately, creating tailored solutions utilizing the reliable, leading-edge technology of Sage Accpac ERP increases the competitive advantage enjoyed by all Sage Accpac Business Partners.



The first meeting of the Council was held prior to Sage North America'ss annual customer conference, Sage Summit, which just concluded in Denver. The agenda included discussions on items of interest to the Development Partner community, including developer training, development tools, and marketing efforts. The next meeting of the Council will coincide with Sage North America'ss annual Business Partner conference, Insights, to be held in May 2009.
