Instantis, the leading provider of on-demand software for managing top-down performance improvement initiatives like Six Sigma, announced delivery dates today for a two-part Webinar
series hosted by the International Society for Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP). Users can register for one or both Webinars by visiting www.insantis.com or www.isssp.com under Focused Sessions.
Workshop 1 is entitled Using the Six Sigma Maturity Model as Your Guide on the Six Sigma Journey and will take place on December 7 from 2-3 p.m. EST. The Six Sigma Maturity Model's8482;
defines the commonly experienced stages of Six Sigma maturity. Roxanne O'sBrasky, president and founder of ISSSP called the new model the first rigorous attempt to describe the Six Sigma
journey from launch and early success to culture transformation. This model has tremendous practical value for organizations that want to:
> Benchmark their progress against industry norms
> Assess implementation strengths and performance gaps
> Anticipate common adoption pitfalls
> Effectively communicate progress and garner additional support for the Six Sigma initiative across the enterprise.
Participants will find out why all of the Six Sigma community luminaries are talking about the Six Sigma Maturity Model. This workshop will walk participants through this recently
published and highly acclaimed model and explains how it can be used as a compass for companies that want to take their operational performance to the next level.
Workshop 2 is entitled A Roadmap for Achieving Strategic Readiness: Instantis Strategy Capability Ladder and is scheduled for December 19 from 2-3 p.m. EST. The Strategy Capability Ladder
defines the key levels of strategic maturity that most organizations experience. Participants will better understand where their organization stands in terms of its relative
sophistication in articulating, communicating and executing corporate strategies and priorities.
Organizations that want to benchmark their strategic maturity against industry norms, assess requirements to improve the strategy-project linkage using a common language and framework,
and chart a strategic maturity growth path will find this tool extremely useful. This workshop will step participants up through the rungs of the strategy capability ladder and explain
how it can be used as a framework for companies that want to elevate their strategy execution and operational performance.
The target audience for both workshops includes deployment champions, project managers of all levels and Six Sigma executives. Both workshops will be led by Dr. Prasad Raje, Instantis CEO
and founder. Dr. Raje developed both models and authored the widely distributed Instantis Six Sigma Maturity Model's8482; white paper. The paper is available for download at www.instantis.com.
We have conducted a number of workshops on these topics at events all around the world and we are excited about the industry-wide dialog that has been ignited, said Wayne Caccamo,
Instantis marketing vice president. We hope this virtual workshop will provide others who want to join the discussion a convenient way to participate.
