Krystal Planet Focuses on Future

In a negotiated settlement, the company's8217;s parent company, Krystal Energy Corp., and Troy Helming, the CEO of both companies, incurred no fines or penalties, and no findings or admissions of any wrongdoing. The parent company agreed to make a contribution to a Missouri investor education fund and was credited for repurchasing the interests of two Missouri shareholders who are former employees.

All along, both companies maintained that they have always operated in good faith and are pleased to be able to focus now on the execution of their plans to help save the planet while further encouraging America to embrace clean and renewable energy.
