Citation Technologies Inc. Promotes Vinay Gupta to Vice Presidentof...



Citation Technologies Inc. announced today that Vinay Gupta, formerly director of technology, has been promoted to vice president.



Gupta joined Citation Technologies in 2002 after working for Spherion, where his clients included American Express. While at Citation Technologies, he has provided leadership to internal departments and helped in design and development of the efficient workflows and complex applications.



Gupta'ss 17 years experience in technology include working in IBM, Sun and Microsoft environments, with specialties in database warehousing and artificial intelligence, especially leveraging artificial intelligence with dot.net.



His new duties will include extending and integrating the Citation's8482; Valuable Document Portal System with other platforms to provide greater functionality and interrelated data content to the end user.



We have a scalable and flexible platform with collaborative features, said Gupta, which can be leveraged for managing enterprise documents in a cost-effective and value added manner. I am excited to take a leadership role in bringing this new product to the next level.



Gupta received a Masters of Computer Applications from MBM Engineering College in India.
