New COMBOProject Aims to Reduce Exhaust of CarbonDioxide and Global...

The system requires all countries, governments, politicians, etc. to be on the same level regarding their perspective on the future. The separate plans and ideas to fight pollution, does not go hand in hand with new nuclear plants. It is completely controversial with the projects to make people aware of renewable energy, or reducing their energy consumption.

Several countries already have an electronic system, such as Germany, Austria, Denmark, etc. Others, are using a system to rise TOLL, by entering a city, such as London. The COMBO-project is an advanced version of all of these systems, making it possible to extend at any time, depending on the needs and requests.

But compatibility remains necessary at all costs. Many trucks and buses are already provided with a transponder system. It is of crucial importance, that no more than one transponder in each vehicle is needed, to drive in or through other countries.

This new vision on a future vehicle-tax-system, is based upon consummation-tax, in stead of punishing people for having a car.

Traffic safety can be monitored through combination with satellite-systems, watching speed from all vehicles, to reduce traffic victims at all times.

The combined COMBO-system should run on renewable energy, such as solar power and wind power, implemented on existing infrastructures as much as possible. Even the use of solar power to recharge the batteries of all transponders, will be a major step towards the use of clean power for massive applications.
