Syclo Through Collaboration with SAP Delivers Mobile CustomerRelationship...



Today at SAPPHIRE's174; 2009 and the 2009 ASUG Annual Conference, Syclo, a market leader in mobile enterprise platforms and applications, announced a mobile solution, the SMART Service Manager, resulting from its co-innovation relationship with SAP AG. Together, the companies are extending the power of the SAP's174; Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application to field service technicians using Syclo'ss SMART Mobile Suite, a family of applications certified as powered by the SAP NetWeaver's174; technology platform. SMART Service Manager offers a seamless end-user experience, allowing field service technicians to utilize intuitive action-driven workflow and, in turn, empowering them to work more efficiently in the field with complete, up-to-the-minute customer history and service information. By leveraging SMART, companies can lower operating expenses and boost customer satisfaction while increasing revenue opportunities.
