Lin Ennis, author of Let Your Mortgage Make You Rich, will interview Louisiana real estate magnate Chris Carter by telephone Sunday evening at 6:00 MST/PDT (9:00 EDT). The call is open to the public by registering.

Carter's eBook Beginner Real Estate Investing is revolutionary from an investor who has paid as little as 30 cents on the dollar for his properties. Though he is familiar with rehabilitating and reselling (flipping) properties, Carter's bread, butter and jam come from rental properties (buy and hold). His tenants develop evangelistic fervor, referring their friends and often returning themselves to another of Carter's homes.

The interview will be by telephone on a conference call line available from anywhere in the world, though, land lines are preferable.
