We are pleased to announce Joe Chang, MAOM, Dipl. O.M., L.Ac, as a featured presenter at the 2009 National Conference. Mr. Chang is a licensed acupuncturist who is deeply embedded in
military services. He is currently working on a pilot program that provides an integrated approach in the treatment of post-deployment soldiers who are diagnosed with post-traumatic
stress disorder (PTSD). Mr. Chang is the first acupuncturist to be selected for this pilot program.
