Leah C. Couture Millinery offers couture headwear for bridal and black tie. Established in 2000 and located in New York, the Leah C. Couture Millinery atelier is at once a showroom and shop. Leah herself works with each client to identify their desires and determine their needs. Women of all ages will feel glamorous in a Leah C. designed piece.
