This past December 2008, a local California radio 98 Rock station had a 17 Days of Christmas campaign, to help out people facing the difficult economy. It was wonderful news for engaged couple Shawn Owen and Nicole Janson, from Colfax, California, set to marry on September 19th, 2009.
