The Tutu Boutique Announces Its Opening to the Mothers of Americas...

After a year of research and reaching out to suppliers, The Tutu Boutique opens. This event gives the mom's of America a place to purchase the cutest, highest quality, children's dancewear and dress-up clothes on the web.



The process began back in September of 2004. Heidi Wonson arrived at her 3-year-old daughter Meredith's first day of dance class. Meredith, dressed in a tiara, lavender leotard, and beautiful blue, tutu stole the show. In the waiting room, during the class, Heidi fielded questions from the other mom's relating to where she had found Meredith's fantastic outfit. Unfortunately, Heidi did not have any easy answers. Heidi had spent months putting together Meredith's outfit, picking up different aspects of the ensemble during her travels. She found the tiara at the toy store in town, the tutu while on vacation in Denver, the leotards origin is still a mystery. The other mother's expressed the same frustrations concerning locating quality dancewear for their little girls.

    


This experience planted the seed which blossomed into The Tutu Boutique. A one stops shop for the highest quality, handmade tutus, and dress-up clothes on the web. Heidi has established relationships with some of the most skillful artisans in children's dancewear and dress-up attire. Hathead Boutique, LilyAnna for Girls, Meg Dana, Bella Bebe, and DanceNKids have made their collections available. Heidi is always on the lookout to expand The Tutu Boutiques offerings. The Tutu Boutique offers more than just tutus, you can find leotards, ballet slipper's, fairy wands and wings, tiaras, and boutique clothing.



In the future, look for joint ventures with your local dance school. The Tutu Boutique will be reaching out to toddler dance programs across the country, offering their members special incentives to shop with us.
