L. T. Tom Hall Joins Cornerstone Advisors as Managing Director
"Tom has a very strong background in profit and performance improvement and the strategic use of technology for community and regional banks," said Scott Sommer, Cornerstone President and CEO. "We know his expertise will greatly enhance our service offerings and our reputation for client focus."
Prior to joining Cornerstone Advisors, Hall served as Director of Advisory Services for a multimillion dollar consulting practice. He was Lending Practice Manager for a nationwide firm providing performance-enhancement solutions through best practices and revenue improvement. As a consultant, Tom has successfully led change initiatives that favorably impacted organizational design, non-interest income, service levels and productivity. He has served as a subject matter expert on lending, origination, underwriting, support services and loan servicing at domestic banks.
"Tom's ability to provide economic and cultural change advantages to Cornerstone clients is an enormous asset to us. We are looking forward to the benefit of his vast industry knowledge and experience," Sommer stated.
Hall holds a BBA in Accounting from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia.
