Bryan Burden Joins Boxwood Partners LLC

Boxwood Partners, an integrated mid-market investment banking and private investment management firm based in Richmond, VA, is pleased to announce the hiring of Bryan Burden as the company's newest Vice President.

Prior to joining Boxwood, Bryan was an Associate in the investment banking group at Wachovia Securities, where he participated in M&A transactions and capital raises for real estate investment trusts ("REITs") as well as leading private real estate companies. Previous experience includes both Analyst and Associate positions at BB&T Capital Markets. While with BB&T, he participated in all phases of middle market investment banking transactions, including M&A, capital raising and general advisory services for leading private equity groups as well as private and publicly traded companies. Bryan earned his B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and now lives in Richmond with his wife.
