San Diego, CA December 13, 2008 -- Action Donation Services's174; (ADS) Director of Marketing, Ted Cox announced today, We are pleased that for the past two years we have been able to accept and process a variety of autos, boats, and motorhomes for the Ventura County Special Olympics. These property donations when sold have generated significant income to help over 800 athletes annually with intellectual and physical disabilities. A 1996 Yale University study (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8720632) found that Special Olympics athletes benefited in a number of significant ways including enhanced self-confidence and social competency from involvement in the Special Olympics program.
