New York December 10, 2008 -- The S-Network Emerging Infrastructure Builders Index (www.snetinfrastructureindex.com) (TICKER: EIBI) will delete four components, effective 9:00 AM (EST) Monday, December 22, 2008. This changes the number of index components to 62. The changes result from the index'ss quarterly rebalancing. Deletions from the EIBI are:





Katanga Mining Ltd (TICKER: KAT CN)


Highveld Steel And Vanadium (TICKER: HVL SJ)


Delong Holdings Ltd (TICKER: DLNG SP)


Steppe Cement Ltd (TICKER: STCM LN)
