Advantage Credit will soon offer its customers an extensive searchable database of lender programs to help them close more loans faster.

Originator's8217;s Best Friend (OBF) is a loan search database that is sponsored and maintained by top lenders in the industry. Through OBF, Advantage Credit will connect their mortgage broker customers to compatible lenders for their hard to close loans.

Advantage Credit will officially launch OBF at the 33rd Annual National Association of Mortgage Brokers Convention and Expo in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania June 24.

OBF is a web-based tool that allows brokers to perform targeted searches for loan stumbling blocks and delivers the data on loan programs in a broker-friendly format.
