Prestige Asia and Knightsbridge Law prepare to list the first Thai focused investment company in the USA.



Prestige Asia and Knightsbridge Law along with its partners and associated companies are set to list the first Thai focused investment vehicle the USA has seen.



The company set to start trading in mid to late 2006 will be capitalized at $100m USD with only $10m USD being available to private investors.



The company has commenced the acquisition of assets in Thailand, some directly and some in conjunction with other USA listed firms, said a spokesman from the group.



Thailand is a major growth centre, not only for tourism but for industry as well.
