Burke Brands, manufacturer of the Caf Don Pablo line of gourmet coffees announced today that it is completing the necessary steps to receive organic certification for its roasting facility in North Miami Beach, Florida.

The company pointed to the fast growing demand by upscale consumers for organic products as their motivation for certification, and also indicated that they are in talks with a major retailer of organic products who is interested in their Caf Don Pablo line of gourmet coffees.
