Food Technology Corporation Appoints UKBased Expert



Food Technology Corporation has appointed food texture expert Jon Hellyer as Product Manager at their UK-based European division, Food Technology Co Ltd.

Jon brings an extensive knowledge in food texture testing to FTC having obtained his BSc in Food Quality with Product Development and his MSc specialising in Confectionary Texture at Nestle. Jon gained commercial experience as a Process Development Technologist within the dairy and bakery industry followed by a further 5 years as Product Manager at CNS Farnell, Brookfield Viscometers Texture Analysis division.

As a specialist in instrument design and application Jon is able to provide FTC customers with a unique and practical approach to texture measurements.
