January 14, 2008 -- Fonte Italia Americans, exclusive importer of Filette premium mineral water, will be traveling to San Diego, California for the 33rd Fancy Food Show, January 13-15, 2008. Filette can be found at booth #3229, ready to share their unique history with plenty of samples. Filette boasts an exclusive product line of natural, slightly sparkling, and sparkling water that sets them apart from other premium water brands.

Filette was a huge success when it became available in the popular new Publix Supermarket's Greenwise stores. Similar to the reaction at the New York Fancy Food Show, consumers were impressed by the premium Italian brand, predicting it will soon become a major competitor in the growing U.S. bottled water market. Filette hopes to make a bigger splash on the west coast at the 2008 Fancy Food Show in San Diego.

Filette's mountain source has been renowned since 400 B.C.E. for its curative powers, when the Romans attacked the native Enrici tribe simply to possess the source. In modern times, Filette has been bottled from that very same source since 1894.
