Chattanooga-based Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group, Inc., which operates 27 flagship Gordon Biersch locations across the U.S., has rolled out its new menu featuring seven new dishes tapping into consumer's increasing appetite for small plates, beer-infused recipes and tasting portions alongside the signature favorites that keep visitors coming back.

The revamped menu reflects Gordon Biersch's ongoing innovative commitment to meeting the needs and requests of its customers. The company regularly polls customers through visitor surveys and outreach to its loyal Passport members for feedback.

New menu items reflect this feedback by including several favorites from seasonal menus that are being added now as permanent fixtures, including an appetizer of three mini Kobe sliders and ribs with Mrzen barbeque sauce (in appetizer or entre size). Other new dishes include a New York Steak Sandwich and Cashew-Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, and two desserts - Strawberry Cheesecake and Mini Dessert Tasters, sample sized portions of Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie, Carrot Cake, Fresh Berry Trifle and Chocolate Fudge Cake. Two new alcohol-free cocktails - the "No-Jito" and the Pomegranate Cosmo - also join the list of award-winning, German-style beers brewed on site, an extensive wine selection and full bar.

"Adding the Mrzen barbeque ribs, which made their television debut on Good Morning America NOW in May, was a natural. The sauce is a customer favorite and its spicy, smoky flavor is perfect for savory pork ribs.
