BRIO Tuscan Grille Opens Second Coloardo Location

Denver, CO September 4, 2009 -- BRIO Tuscan Grille, a BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group concept, opened its second Colorado location on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center on the corner of Clayton and First Avenue.



At BRIO, we follow the Tuscan philosophy of 'sTo eat well, is to live well's and we'sre thrilled to bring the Tuscan country experience to Denver residents, said Nicole Roope, Marketing Director for BRIO. We believe BRIO will be a great addition to the Cherry Creek Shopping Center environment, yet offer its own unique flavor and ambience for guests.



BRIO, meaning lively or full of life, is a casual, white-tablecloth restaurant serving authentic, northern Italian food, and offers 9,000 square feet, seating a total of 360 guests, including two private dining rooms and an outdoor terrace. Executive chef, Gina Bommarito, and General Manager, Mike Luther, will head up the management team.



The subtitle Tuscan Grille is descriptive in that the menu features wood-grilled and oven-roasted steaks, chops, fresh fish and made-to-order pastas, similar to what one would find in a ristorante in Tuscany.



Currently, there are 34 BRIO Tuscan Grille restaurants located around the country. Each BRIO restaurant is open seven days a week and offers lunch, brunch and dinner. Lunch entr's233;es range in price from $10 to $18 and dinner entr's233;es range in price from $12 to $28. Special menu items include the Bellini Brunch offered Saturdays and Sundays until 3 p.m., $7.95 Tuscan Lunch Specials offered weekdays until 4 p.m., $2.95 Tuscan Taster Bar Menu offered weekdays from 3 - 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close, and a children'ss menu.
