Chef Brian gained national and international acclaim as a leader in his field, catering events for celebrities such as, box-office phenom Eddie Murphy, Hip-Hop Mogul and Entrepreneur Sean "P-Diddy" Combs, actor Mehki Phifer (ER), recording artist Angie Stone, R&B duo Kenny Lattimore and Chante Moore and World Heavyweight Boxing Champion Lennox Lewis who was hired to for his exclusive post-championship fight dinner in Los Angeles. Chef Brian is currently the personal chef to the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul Mary J. Blige.
