Kitchen Science Offers Customers Showroom Visits to Demonstrate Products

A new service is being provided by online Kitchen Appliances retailer Kitchen Science. Before committing to purchasing any appliance, customers will be able to visit selected manufacturer showrooms for a hands-on tour. This free service will be available to any visitor.

Jonathan Yardley, Trading Manager for Kitchen Science, said, This is a great advancement for retail sites. We believe that this is a first for online retailers and feel that it will really help to reassure people that buying online is 100% safe. We understand that it'ss always difficult to purchase an item without having seen it in the flesh beforehand, particularly big, high value items. As a result of introducing this service, we hope that people will take the time to explore their potential appliances.

Some of the manufacturers who are a part of the agreement include Miele, Britannia, GE, Liebherr and Smeg. Yardley continued, The range of manufacturers in partnership with us means that we can offer the service across many of our product classes. Range cookers, Washing Machines (http://www.kitchenscience.co.uk/home_laundry/washing_machines/), tumble dryer, Tumble Dryers and Integrated Dishwashers (http://www.kitchenscience.co.uk/dishwashers/built_in_dishwashers/) will all be available for demonstration. Take up of the service does not require any prior commitment to purchase from Kitchen Science, but travel to and from the showrooms will be funded by participating customers.

The showroom visits can be arranged either via Kitchen Science'ss free phone call centre or by filling out an online form on the website. Selected products available on the Kitchen Science website from participating manufacturers will be eligible for viewing.
