New Three Cellars Opens Doors with a Whole New Approach to Wine and...



When owner/operator Shawn Vollmer moved his retail beer and wine store across town to his new location on 76th and Rawson, he knew he was offering the community there something special. What he didn'st know was just how unique his store really is.



What makes Three Cellars truly special, however, is the new Cellar Lounge - a beer and wine venue located at the rear of the store. There, one can enjoy a choice of a constantly changing selection of two draft beers or four wines by the glass. What'ss more, any of Three Cellars's 300+ wines or 500+ beers can be purchased, and for a small corking fee, chilled within minutes and served for you at the bar. With Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, comfortable seating, and a warm, inviting atmosphere with no smoking allowed, the Cellar Lounge in Three Cellars is a unique location to bring clients, friends, or your special someone.



Three Cellars was one of the first stores to offer free wine and beer tastings in Wisconsin and is still hosting them from 1-4 p.m. every Saturday. Additionally, they offer regular beer and wine classes taught by certified professionals and host many other events which can be found on threecellars.com.



I'sm drawing people from all over Wisconsin and beyond, says Vollmer. I was shocked by just how many people would tell me that I have the most unique beer and wine experience in Wisconsin.



Three Cellars offers over 300 wines and 500 craft and import beers, making this store a true craft wine and beer store. You can also build your own 6-pack from one of the largest inventory of craft and import beers in the state. If you ask Shawn what really sets Three Cellars apart from everyone else, he quickly states, Service. While we have a wine or beer to fit any taste and any budget, I love searching for that one that means something special for you, so I will do my best to find it.



There will be a formal Ribbon Cutting ceremony held on Friday, February 27th from 6-8 p.m. which will include a free wine and beer sampling with assorted palate cleansing hors d'soeuvres.
