Maui Pineapple Company asked friends and fans of the U.H. Warriors to sign an oversized card, thanking the team for the "Sweetest of Seasons" and 2007 WAC Championship. Over 100 people signed the card at their booth in Spectator Village at the Mercedes-Benz Championship this past weekend. The card will accompany a shipment of Maui Gold pineapple for the football team.

Hoping to ease January's disappointing events, the card said, "We are Proud of Our U.H. Warriors." Sentiments ranged from "We're so proud," to "Thanks so much" to even a proposal that says, "I love you, Colt -- will you marry me"
