Bang Out Games Releases Warpbreaker Inks 2nd Game Deal Closes 1st Round Financing

Bang Out provided Warpbreaker with QA, Audio, Distribution and financial assistance, which has helped Moxiefish complete Warpbreaker faster than would have happened otherwise. "George was able to focus on and finish Warpbreaker instead of getting a day job - and now he can focus on his next game, while Bang Out markets Warpbreaker for him", said Stewart Spilkin, COO of Bang Out Games

Bang Out also checked the 'Fun Factor' before releasing the game, by using PowerUp Games' Beta Testers. "Brad at PowerUp was more than helpful and we got some great feedback - 'Addicting' was the common thread," said Kanter

Bang Out Games aims to capitalize on the growing Casual Game Market. Revenue for 2007 is currently at $2.25 billion, having quadrupled since 2004. Lex Venture: a Crossword Caper, is the next game in the pipeline for Bang Out Games. "Bang Out signed the deal with Interama for Lex about 2 months ago and provided resources to help them complete their game faster. Lex Venture is a new approach to the word game genre and is poised to really turn some heads. We look forward to its Offical Release in the next few days." said Kanter

Momentum is building for Bang Out Games. Bang Out closed its first round of financing and is working with San Diego's Connect Springboard Program and the CommNexus NextStage program, gearing for its 2nd round of financing. "The people at Connect and Commnexus have been wonderful. They are helping hone our pitch and put Bang Out in front of the right investors. We are extremely grateful." said Kanter

"I'm certain 2008 will be an exceptional year for Bang Out Games and the numerous Independent Game Developers we will be fortunate enough to help," said Kanter. Bang Out Games plans to fund and publish 12 exceptional games in 2008 and double that the following year.
