3BILL Acquires AwardWinning UK Social Networking Site

3BILL (www.3BILL.com) has today announced that it has acquired a UK social networking platform aimed at 15-24-year-olds. The company has not disclosed terms of the purchase for the site www.profileheaven.com - winner of 2006 UK Website of the Year - Best Community Site.

3BILL believes that the acquisition of Profile Heaven will benefit users of the site , allowing them to stay connected to their friends through a range of new free applications and services that are planned as part of a re-development of the site . These services will make it easier to keep in touch, where in some instances, members might want to surf the web using a mobile when they do not have access to a personal computer on the move.

While some Social networking (www.profileheaven.com) sites rely on third party providers for their social mobile network capabilities, 3BILL will use its own software and content platform to integrate some of these features to enhance usage of the site as well as offering higher levels of social interaction between users.

The site will be extensively improved over the coming months with a re launch planned for early this summer.
