Full Tilt Pokers Chris Ferguson Becomes the First Player to Ever Win Multiple World Series of Poker Circuit Championship Tournaments

Team Full Tilt member Chris "Jesus" Ferguson has added another chapter to his already impressive tournament record by becoming the first player to ever win two World Series of Poker Circuit Championship tournaments.

Ferguson earned $362,088 for his victory last week at the $10,000 No-Limit Hold 'em WSOPC tournament at Harrah's Las Vegas. In March 2005, he won $655,220 for his first-place finish at the $10,000 No-Limit Hold 'em WSOPC Championship tournament at Harrah's Rincon Casino in San Diego.

Aside from his two WSOPC victories, Ferguson has finished in the money in 10 other major tournaments in 2005, including second place finishes in the WSOP's $2,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event and at the 2005 National Heads-Up Poker Championship. Overall, Ferguson has collected more than $1.7 Million in tournament earnings so far this year.

"Since 2000, Chris Ferguson's record in WSOP events is unmatched by any other player," said fellow Team Full Tilt member Howard Lederer. "Chris' win last week at Harrah's further adds to his record as the most successful player at the WSOP this decade."

In addition to his two WSOPC rings, Ferguson owns five World Series of Poker bracelets, including one from his victory at the 2000 WSOP Main Event. With his recent World Series of Poker Circuit win, Chris has earned more than $4,100,000 playing poker in the WSOP and WSOP circuit alone.
