King of Vegas Gentlemens Clubs Seeks a New Owner for Velvet Lion



PSN-NV current owner, Paul Anderson, made the announcement last week that he is currently accepting applications for purchase of the Velvet Lion Gentlemen'ss Club, which was acquired by Anderson'ss ownership group back in 2006 when it was known as Striptease. Three years, and approximately $1.2 million in renovations later, the club has evolved into a high-end luxury establishment with state-of-the-art equipment and furnishings. The site will be used specifically to educate potential buyers about the lucrative nature of the Las Vegas market as our economic market rebounds from a challenging 2008.



It'ss an opportunity for an investor with the desire to become financially involved in a city such as Las Vegas, where the entertainment dollar is stretched beyond any limit, said Anderson. With only a handful of high-end gentlemen'ss clubs operating in Las Vegas, the market is obviously ripe for the right investor to take advantage of such a unique venue in such a unique city.



Unlike other clubs in Las Vegas, Velvet Lion is located in a premier spot--right off Interstate 15 at Flamingo Road and a stone'ss throw away from major Las Vegas resort-casinos such as the Palms Casino Resort and the Rio Hotel 's38; Casino. The Twain corridor also gives the location quick access to Las Vegas Strip properties just across the Interstate, including the Mirage, Treasure Island, and Caesar'ss Palace.



With similar clubs acquired in the past between $15 million-$40 million, PSN-NV is currently listing the Velvet Lion at $10.8 million.
