Robert Wiemer, Jr., an educational services specialist, has joined the company as vice president of the Learning Institute at QHR (LIQ) (http://www.qhr.com/qhr2.nsf/View/QHRLearningInstitute). In his new role, Wiemer will oversee LIQ's day-to-day operations, develop and implement a strategic plan for the business unit, develop new business and product lines, and create and execute initiatives that will advance LIQ's market position and brand.

A veteran of the healthcare industry with more than 13 years of experience, Wiemer has extensive experience in healthcare e-learning, product design and development, business strategy and
operations, and strategic new business development. Previously, he held several senior-level positions with HealthStream, Inc., HealthStream EMS and PhyCor. Bob holds a master's degree in
business administration from the University of Texas and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University.
