DynaQuote announced that it has changed its company name to Procurex. This change not only brings about a new company name, but a new look and a new perspective.


Erie, PAJanuary 20, 2009 - On Monday, January 12th, 2009, eDynaQuote announced that it has changed its company name to Procurex (www.procurexinc.com). This change not only brings about a new company name, but a new look and a new perspective.



The Procurex name embraces the additional services the company is now providing that include energy procurement services, outsourced procurement and strategic sourcing management. Procurex has also begun work with spend management within the Health Care Industry. The evolution from eDynaQuote to Procurex began in 2007 with the purchase of eDynaQuote led by Bret Grady, Procurex'ss CEO, and his investor group. The vision at that time was to expand the level of services that were being provided, create the energy division which included building a proprietary energy trading platform, as well as enhancing and expanding the features that were provided on the base procurement platform. All of these goals were realized by the end of 2008.
