The new customized website was designed in response to customer suggestions and on-going testing. The customer service call center has upgrade availability to seven customer during peak
shopping day coverage, especially helpful for the hours. Questions are answered and orders taken more efficiently as they occur. Additional complimentary accessories were added to
inventory giving the customer more choices, creating a comprehensive one stop shop website. New items include custom made indoor and outdoor banners and costumes for all occasions. The
ability to choose sizes and colors on selected products was also added. This needed addition was in direct response to our customers's suggestions.
The customized website and administrative functions improved inventory control and provided more sophisticated financial and shopping analytics. We now have a greater ability to define
our customer wants, act quicker to changing trends, getting the customers party supplies to their doorstep in a timely fashion, states co-owner Patricia Plona. Providing good customer
