Spotlight Shines Again on Beechtree Home of Lake Presidential Named...



Earlier this fall, Beechtree, the Washington region'ss most prestigious lake and golf course community, received a coveted Monument Award for Special Achievement by a Golf Course Community for Overall Amenities 's38; Environment.



The honor highlighted what so many homebuyers already know -- Beecthree is a beautifully designed community and a great place to live.



According to GolfWeek Magazine, it'ss also one of the best places in the entire country to play a round of golf.



Lake Presidential, the 18-hole championship golf course that winds throughout the Beechtree community, was recently named one of the Top 25 Best New Courses in America by GolfWeek Magazine.
