The system upgrade was successfully implemented for all customers to ensure their NFIRS data will be 2009 compliant effective January 1st. Emergency Reporting customers were not required
to install any software or make account modifications. Stedman adds, the ability to make NFIRS requirements 'slive's the first of the year helps first response agencies immediately make
the best possible use of their data.
